Malaysians were having problem withdrawing their paypal money a few years back.
Many had to open a bank account in Singapore for the sole purpose of withdrawing their paypal's monies.
Back then I used to withdraw my paypal money using an ATM card issued by a Singapore bank.
Lucky for me as my sister was staying in Singapore at that time. I used her address to open the Singapore bank account.
Malaysians still cannot withdraw their paypal money to a Malaysia bank account currently.
But last year, Paypal announce that all paypal users could withdraw their monies to their Visa credit or debit prepaid card.
This was a good news for Malaysians online marketers like me. All over Malaysia, Malaysians online marketers cherished the paypal announcement.
Malaysians who uses paypal to make money online could now easily withdraw their paypal monies using a visa credit or debit prepaid card.
However, not all Malaysia based credit or debit prepaid card can be used to withdraw the paypal money.
Only certain foreign bank Visa credit cards can used. So far I have read that you can use HSBC, Citibank, Al-Radhi Bank and Standard Chartered Bank Visa credit cards to withdraw your paypal funds.
As for Malaysians bank, you could use Public bank Visa credit card or Public bank Visa Electron debit card.
There are a lot prepaid Visa and prepaid MasterCard cards available in the Malaysians market but so far only Tune Money Visa Prepaid Card can be use for paypal withdrawals purpose.
It took a few days before my paypal money was transferred to my Tune Money Visa Prepaid Card. So Malaysians, apply your Tune Money Visa Prepaid Card online and easily withdraw your paypal funds,

You can add the tune prepaid card to your paypal account and pay by paypal which will debit directly from your tune prepaid card.

The other way to withdraw your paypal fund is using a bank account in Sungapore, if you have one :)
It's already easy to wthdraw using the Visa cards, why bother looking for other alternatives which will incur additional costs and time ?
Can I use the BSN CARD??
I don't think so you could use a BSN Card to withdraw your paypal money.

I know BSN and Maybank cards cannot be used for paypal withdrawals but not sure about Hong Leong. Why don't you try Tune Money Prepaid Card, you can apply online and they will send it to your house.
